Introducing a New Face to the Higher Ed Community

Introducing a New Face to the Higher Ed Community

One of my favorite things about working at Inigral is helping so many students make a successful transition to college every year. The transition into college can be a scary and anxious time, but it’s also is critical to the development of our students.

Transitions are also a critical time for young and evolving companies. This past year we’ve seen a 400% growth in partner institutions and we’ve doubled our team with top talent from across the country.

As a founder, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished and realize that managing an increasingly complex organization is a herculean task. Building a sustainable organization and the intricacies required to maintain excellence are of utmost importance for the future of Inigral. With that in mind, I have been privileged enough to hire my own mentor, and will be lucky enough to work with one of the most thoughtful minds in Silicon Valley.

Welcome the newest member to the Inigral Team

I’m honored to introduce our new CEO, Jamie Glenn. Jamie has made a career of managing growing companies on the cutting edge of technology. He’s a natural leader that will provide a steady center to an organization that is growing and evolving quicker than any of us would have predicted. Best yet, his internal compass is as golden as they come.

Jamie comes to Inigral most recently from Jobvite, the leading recruiting platform for the social web, where he was Chief Product Officer. At Jobvite, he successfully created and launched the award winning Jobvite Source product as well as a Jobvite Facebook application that allows employees to easily share opportunities with their Facebook friends.

He has a background in product management, operations, and finance at a variety of innovative companies who are redefining great software in their respective industries. Seriously, check out Jamie’s LinkedIn for the details on his experience. He is deeply thoughtful about building products that meet requirements of organizations as customers, while also pleasing the end users (in this case, your students).

Jamie is no stranger to the college admissions process, as he most recently saw off his first son to school at San Diego State University, while he currently resides in San Mateo California. He graduated from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, in California Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration.

So what’s next for me?

With Jamie coming on board, it will free me to spend more time working closely with our customers to share our company strategy and what we believe are best practices in social media. As such, I am taking on a new role at Inigral, Chief Evangelist.

Please welcome Jamie with a tweet, or post comment! We’re looking forward to what’s to come and appreciate all of the support from our clients and friends as we continue to grow and learn in the higher ed community.
